Responsibilities
Central part of the sales process
Initiating phone contact with potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
Supporting the planning and execution of lead-generation campaigns
Feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
Comfortable making phone calls; structured and target-driven while being personable and professional
High level of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Preferably able to work remotely, reliable and self-directed
Fluent command of German, spoken and written – accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
Ideally, an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
