About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work in MAWDY's Operations area
  • Contribute to the management of the Call Center and Customer Service
  • Collaborate on process improvement projects
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide customer support
  • Support Marketing activities
  • Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Dynamic and empathetic profile
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in organizing information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced user-level Microsoft Excel; comfortable with technological tools and digital platforms
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
  • Analytical skills, organization and administrative planning
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Driving license is a plus
  • Effective communication, strong verbal and written skills
  • Flexibility
  • Discretion and confidentiality desirable
