Responsibilities

Contribute to the management of the Call Center and Customer Service
Collaborate on process improvement projects
Perform administrative tasks and provide customer support

Requirements
Dynamic and empathetic profile
Detail-oriented and methodical in organizing information
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced user-level Microsoft Excel; comfortable with technological tools and digital platforms
Native Portuguese speaker
Knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
