About the role
- Medical Assistant for the Ambulatory Surgery Center at Die Kerckhoff-Klinik in Bad Nauheim. Preparing and assisting in patient procedures and post-operative care.
Responsibilities
- Patient transfers into and out of the operating room area or to the recovery room
- Preparation and reprocessing of instruments, devices and materials required for procedures
- Preoperative preparation of patients in the Holding Area
- Postoperative aftercare of patients in our ambulatory recovery room
- Documentation tasks
- Circulating (floater) and instrument-handling duties
- Surgical assistance for routine procedures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Enthusiasm for a trusting, cooperative interprofessional working environment and a self-understanding as the interface between nursing and medical/physician care
