About the role

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics
- Manage KPI & review outsourced operational policies
- Ensure compliance and KPI fulfillment of 3PLs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and customs broker for operations
- Manage operational cost effectiveness and budget
- Maintain relationships with warehouse operators and service providers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics performance
- Develop logistics quality management systems
- Conduct stock-taking activities
- Execute administrative tasks
- Handle invoice processing and provide analysis reports
- Organize sustainability activities
- Manage Warehouse Environment, Health & Safety activities
- Assist in generating investigation reports
- Execute warehouse Business Contingency Plan
Requirements
- At least college graduate and diploma in logistics, international trade or supply chain management preferred.
- At least 5 years practitioner working experience in warehouse and logistics operations environment.
- Experience and / or knowledge on customs clearance operation and management.
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge and awareness.
- Ability to make complex decision
- Ability to analyse and demonstrate proactive approach to problem-solving processes
- Result-oriented individual that is committed to drive for excellence
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient with using computers, and MS Office Word and Excel and basic SAP.
