About the role

  • Manager leading a team in Group Benefits Member Administration at Manulife. Overseeing operations, driving quality service and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • providing leadership, motivation and support to a team of Member Administrators
  • overseeing offshore operations to ensure established objectives are achieved
  • acting as the point of contact for escalated requests
  • identifying client needs, issues and perceptions and developing action plans
  • coordinating service in partnership with BPS
  • supporting the financial contribution of GB Member Administration
  • participating directly in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • experienced, sought-after leader with a proven track record of attracting talent
  • post-secondary degree preferred or relevant experience
  • comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset
  • strong Office 365 skills
  • bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
  • comfortable creating and managing resource assignments/scheduling
