About the role

  • Client Service Representative at CIBC helping clients manage their banking needs in a fast-paced environment. Engaging with clients and providing technology assistance while working full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs.
  • Answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members.
  • Flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
  • Be on-site full-time and work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
