Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in change management or organizational development within financial services or other regulated sectors.
Proven record leading enterprise or large-scale adoption initiatives.
Certification in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex collaborator networks and competing priorities.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences.
Experience developing change metrics and adoption dashboards.
Advanced analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal awareness and conflict-management ability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
