About the role

  • Manager, Change Enablement at Manulife, leading adoption strategies for digital and cultural transformation. Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design and execution of adoption strategies for transformational programs
  • Bridges enterprise strategy and human behavior to translate complex organizational initiatives
  • Anticipates resistance and mitigates risk while ensuring collaborators are informed
  • Works closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and HR for governance and assessment
  • Designs adoption playbooks and facilitates workshops to motivate change champions

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in change management or organizational development within financial services or other regulated sectors.
  • Proven record leading enterprise or large-scale adoption initiatives.
  • Certification in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex collaborator networks and competing priorities.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience developing change metrics and adoption dashboards.
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal awareness and conflict-management ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
