- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Solid knowledge of campus recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and business unit priorities
- Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience considered an asset
- Bachelor's Degree is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
