Responsibilities
- Assist in the oversight, management and coordination of the Investment Platform Management process
- Mitigate operational, legal, and compliance risks associated with fund events
- Assist in the proper execution of all fund events
- Develop strategic plans for fund events including global Business Units impact
- Coordinate meetings with various parties including Fund Administration, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Asset Managers
- Document action items and meeting minutes
- Update internal tracking tools
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in product implementation preferred but not required
- Strong Project Management skills
- Superior communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation skills
