Responsibilities
- Manage all retail operations projects – from counter rollouts and display activations to seasonal campaigns
- Responsible for Retail Order Management including automation, optimization and alignment across all channels
- Plan, coordinate and monitor logistics and warehouse processes to ensure on-time deliveries
- Interface management with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze process data, inventory, delivery performance and POS needs to derive actions and increase efficiency
- Ensure correct, complete and brand-compliant implementation of all retail measures
- Continuously optimize workflows, tools and processes to scale and professionalize the retail business
- Lead and coordinate project-related internal teams to ensure clear information flows and consistent standards
Requirements
- Professional experience & expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in retail operations, ideally in FMCG or similarly fast-paced industries, and are proficient in operational processes from order management to POS rollouts
- Language skills: You speak German at a native level and communicate clearly and precisely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
- Detail orientation & process reliability: You work in a structured way, pay close attention to details and ensure timings, quantities and processes are executed without errors
- Calm under pressure: You remain calm, solution-oriented and focused under time pressure and when handling parallel projects
- Stakeholder management: You can communicate requirements clearly, manage expectations and actively shape relationships with internal and external partners
- Hands-on & execution ability: You are pragmatic, make decisions and drive implementation
