About the role

Responsibilities
- Operating the retort and supporting cremation procedures
- Creating and packaging paw prints and memorial keepsakes
- Engraving plaques and memorial items
- Performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy and excellence
- Processing and packaging cremated remains with dignity and care
- Monitoring equipment to ensure proper operation and submitting maintenance requests as needed
- Maintaining daily cremation goals with a focus on compassion and operational excellence
- Cleaning and maintaining cremation equipment, including processing machinery
- Performing housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Following all OSHA and workplace safety procedures
- Supporting additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a service-related industry
- Valid driver’s license (if required)
