Subscription Manager responsible for optimizing subscriber journey and managing central KPIs for mammaly's subscription business. Leading growth strategies and ensuring high retention with a focus on analytics.
Responsibilities
Take strategic ownership of the subscription business and develop and drive a medium- to long-term subscription roadmap
Fully optimize the subscriber journey and increase engagement, retention, MRR and subscriber profitability
Own central subscription KPIs such as retention, LTV and MRR and ensure their sustainable development
Ensure implementation of cross-functional subscription initiatives and align strategy with stakeholders, management and C-level
Develop and optimize automated and personalized subscriber flows with the CRM team (email, SMS)
Design A/B tests for pricing, offers and incentives and derive optimizations for the acquisition funnel and subscription conversion rate
Improve the self-service subscription management experience by building a dedicated subscription portal and/or app
Monitor subscription KPIs and make data-driven decisions and roadmap priorities
Continuously monitor market, competitor and US developments to identify opportunities early
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in subscriptions, CRM, retention, lifecycle or DTC growth
Proven experience building or scaling subscription models, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with subscription KPIs, cohort analyses and data-driven decision making
Experience leading and executing cross-functional projects with teams from marketing, product, tech, supply chain, CRM and customer success
High technical affinity and ability to quickly learn new tools and topics
Strong hands-on mentality as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with high ownership
Fluent in German and English
