Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance of our portfolio on Amazon.
Systematic conversion optimization of product detail pages.
Analysis of customer feedback, reviews, questions & purchase motivations.
Hands-on work with products, symptoms, ingredients and use cases.
Analysis of market, competitors, reviews & performance data.
Derive clear optimization measures for content, structure & positioning.
Close collaboration with PPC, content and operations teams.
Requirements
Basic understanding of how users buy online and which factors influence conversion.
Initial experience in e-commerce (Amazon, webshop, D2C, agency, studies or projects).
Comfortable working with metrics and analyses (e.g., conversion rate, cart value, clicks, revenue).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, e.g., filtering, basic analyses, comparisons and deriving insights.
Motivation to dive into products, customer feedback and new platforms (e.g., Amazon) in a data-driven way.
