Function as an internal consultant, providing objective analysis and data-driven recommendations to the leadership team on strategic issues ranging from GTM strategy to product roadmap alignment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or a previous Chief of Staff role, preferably within a high-growth technology startup.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a sharp focus on tactical execution and detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams, GTM partners, and the Board of Directors.
Proven familiarity with modern workflow tools and a track record of implementing automation to solve business problems (e.g., proficiency with integration platforms, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and business intelligence tools).
A reputation for building strong relationships and possessing high emotional intelligence (EQ) necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
