About the role
- ERP Project Manager overseeing internal ERP projects, ensuring collaboration and progress across departments. Engaging teams and managing project interfaces for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for internal ERP projects — from concept to successful rollout
- Motivating and actively involving colleagues in projects
- Managing projects from the end-user perspective and working closely with the internal ERP Business Unit
- Further developing internal standards for requirements management, release management and training concepts
- Supporting the integration of new M&A acquisitions and coordinating interfaces with other systems
- Holistic understanding of processes, systems and people
Requirements
- Experience in project management — ideally in an ERP environment
- Ability to realistically assess requirements and solution approaches
- Ability to understand business processes and model them in the ERP system
- Strong communication, facilitation and empathy skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations
