Responsibilities
- **What will be your challenges:**
- Design and implementation of the products to be offered across all company channels;
- Maintaining products in line with legislation and market positioning;
- Supporting the project management team in product implementation, launch and post-launch monitoring;
- Monitoring product results together with the Technical department, aiming to implement changes that ensure financial sustainability and competitiveness;
- Supporting the maintenance of information and analyses on competitors to assess the competitiveness of the company’s products;
- Training and supporting the commercial team in capability-building and distributor prospecting.
Requirements
- **What we expect from you:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Production Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields;
- Previous experience in product roles, preferably in financial-services or insurance companies;
- Organized, results-oriented profile, with good interpersonal skills and analytical ability;
- Availability for hybrid work, on-site 4 to 8 times per month in downtown Rio de Janeiro. If you are a MAG employee living outside Rio, you should work at the MAG unit closest to your residence with the same frequency.
- **It will be a plus if you have:**
- Experience with projects implemented using agile methodologies;
- Advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge;
- Previous experience with life insurance and private pension products.
