About the role

Responsibilities
- Full-time monitoring: track vehicle movements via the tracking system and act proactively to resolve operational deviations.
- Incident management: identify, record and address events such as delays, unscheduled stops, route deviations, mechanical issues, and safety incidents.
- Performance analysis: evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, downtime, and waiting time at shippers and customers, aiming to reduce idle time.
- Alerts and notifications management: interpret alerts related to stop durations, geofencing, unauthorized routes, and active shipments.
- Communication and coordination: serve as the point of contact between drivers, carriers, customers and internal teams, ensuring a continuous flow of information.
- Route optimization: analyze and recommend improvements to routes, balancing cost, transit time and safety.
- Freight and supply/demand management: support allocation of loads and vehicles according to our customers’ throughput, optimize combined freight, and minimize load refusals to improve performance.
- Decision support: provide data-driven insights to optimize logistics and transport operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience with road transportation or vehicle tracking.
- Basic knowledge of TMS and geolocation is desirable.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, proactivity, results-orientation and analytical ability.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
