About the role

  • Junior Educational Analyst creating and adapting educational content like courses and learning pathways at MAG. Supporting diverse learning experiences and employing AI for productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, adapt, and update educational content such as courses, learning paths, microlearning modules, and informational briefs.
  • Translate technical content into simple, practical, and instructional language, ensuring clarity and applicability.
  • Curate internal and external resources (courses, videos, articles, podcasts).
  • Develop and adapt content using authoring tools (Articulate Rise 360, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Support the design of learning paths and face-to-face, online, and hybrid learning solutions.
  • Contribute ideas to make learning experiences more interactive, dynamic, and engaging — including quizzes, short videos, challenges, and gamification.
  • Support management of the course and learning-object lifecycle, tracking timelines, deadlines, resources, and vendors.
  • Assist with LMS/LXP administration, including user setup, course publishing, tracking learning paths, generating reports, and providing basic end-user support.
  • Organize training logistics (scheduling, invitations, materials, certificates, and records), with a focus on knowledge management.
  • Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of L&D metrics, ensuring monitoring and analysis of results.
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness through reaction surveys, learning assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Use artificial intelligence to support content creation, information organization, and productivity improvements.
  • Support Organizational Learning projects and continuous development initiatives at MAG University.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pedagogy, Human Resources, Languages/Literature, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Certification in Instructional Design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • 6Ds Methodology certification desirable.
  • Proven experience creating educational content.
  • Experience with authoring tools, particularly Articulate Rise 360.
  • Experience with LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
