About the role

  • CRM and Marketing Automation Manager optimizing customer relations for digital growth. Analyzing data, executing email marketing, and onboarding clients in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You analyze existing customer databases and optimize them based on available data and/or logic.
  • You create entirely new CRM accounts and can perform complex database imports as well as implement corporate design requirements for templates across all necessary areas.
  • You are responsible for email marketing campaigns that pursue various objectives; you analyze and optimize them, e.g., using different A/B testing strategies.
  • You handle onboarding of new clients and can successfully familiarize them with the CRM of choice.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or similar
  • Experience analyzing CRMs for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
  • Experience designing process optimizations, e.g., with Zapier or similar tools
  • Experience with WordPress, TYPO3, HubSpot CMS, or similar
  • Experience in data manipulation, e.g., using Python or similar
  • German language skills at native level
  • English language skills at business-fluent level
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or similar (desirable but not mandatory)
