Junior Account Partner Manager managing key health provider relationships at machtfit. Driving health improvements through partnership management on our corporate health platform.
Responsibilities
Support the management and development of our largest and highest-revenue health providers on the machtfit platform.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational and strategic contacts on the partner side.
Identify growth, upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing partners and assist in implementing measures to increase revenue.
Prepare for and support (online) meetings, reviews and strategy discussions with partners.
Support negotiations on terms, assortments/service packages and marketing activities.
Prepare forecasts, reports and analyses (e.g., revenue, usage, offer performance) to inform decision-making.
Maintain all relevant partner data and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Work closely with internal teams (including Partner Support, Customer Success, Marketing) to execute marketing and activation measures for partners.
Requirements
Some experience in account management, partner management, sales or customer success — ideally in a digital environment (platform/marketplace/SaaS); internships or working-student roles are also welcome.
Strong willingness to learn and eagerness to quickly take responsibility for high-revenue, strategically important partner accounts.
High drive and initiative: you tackle topics proactively, think in terms of opportunities, and want to actively contribute to revenue and growth success.
Strong communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Analytical understanding and enjoyment of working with numbers (e.g., KPIs, revenue and usage data) to derive actions.
Structured, reliable and self-organized way of working; ability to prioritize multiple partners and topics in parallel.
Strong service and solution orientation and enjoyment in developing long-term, partnership-based relationships.
Confident use of common office tools; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Affinity for health, fitness and/or corporate health management and enthusiasm for helping develop the health market together with machtfit.
