About the role

  • Developing and managing incentive campaigns for teams at M. Dias Branco to meet internal targets. Collaborating with partners and reporting on budget and progress.

Responsibilities

  • Develop incentive campaigns that engage teams to help achieve M. Dias Branco’s internal targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns through monthly monitoring.
  • Serve as M. Dias Branco’s primary contact with the incentive agency partner.
  • Monitor the annual incentive budget and report values monthly in the forecast.
  • Train the commercial team, merchandising staff, and distributors.
  • Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Competencies: planning and execution, analytical ability, customer-oriented attitude, collaborative mindset, and an agile, digital mindset.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in this area or related areas.
  • Advantage: Experience working with incentive campaigns.
