About the role
- Analista Administrativo Pleno managing contracts and performing administrative tasks at Construtora Tenda. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and collaborating with various external and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage contracts for outsourced design contractors, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Perform administrative routines such as issuing, recording, and paying invoices.
- Create purchase orders and requisitions in the SAP ERP system.
- Register and manage suppliers.
- Monitor area information and key performance indicators.
- Support Autodoc management (user registration, access provisioning, document control, and related payments).
- Carry out administrative purchases to support the department.
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Previous experience in administrative routines and contract management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
