About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the collection of data from internal and external sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, CRM/ERP tools, and others.
- Perform basic data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure consistency and standardization.
- Develop and update reports and interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Assist in presenting data in a visually clear and accessible way for different areas of the organization.
- Monitor key operational and strategic performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute descriptive and comparative analyses to help identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Support business areas with data-driven insights, providing analyses under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
- Prepare analytical materials for follow-up meetings and goal reviews.
- Execute simple to intermediate SQL queries to extract data from systems or data warehouses.
- Document queries and results for reproducibility and version control.
- Help identify data inconsistencies or errors.
- Collaborate with IT or data engineering teams to fix issues and improve data sources.
- Participate in meetings with other departments (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to understand needs and provide analytical support.
- Translate business requirements into specifications for reports or analyses.
- Improve skills in BI tools, query languages (SQL, DAX, etc.), and analysis techniques.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in data visualization and interpretation.
- Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in a related field.
