Responsibilities
- Develop and produce video lessons for distance-learning (EAD) courses
- Write scripts, review, and adapt content for teleprompter delivery
- Supervise and/or conduct studio recordings, ensuring fluent and natural on-camera communication
- Prepare briefs for images and visual content in partnership with the design team
- Ensure the final quality of video lessons and course visual elements
- Maintain regular interaction with stakeholders and partner teams
- Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to established schedules
- Use Microsoft Office tools to develop and organize content
Requirements
- Experience as a mid-level Instructional Designer, with a portfolio of developed courses
- Experience scripting video lessons
- Experience creating briefs for images, including interactive assets
- Experience or ease with recording video lessons (teleprompter use, clear diction, and natural delivery)
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Editorial Production, Educational Technology, or related fields
- Residence in São Paulo or the metropolitan area
- Availability to work in a hybrid model and for occasional travel
