Responsibilities
Develop structured analyses and monitoring of Marketing operational processes, using simple problem-solving methods (checklists, workflows, and controls), ensuring organization, fluidity, and support for the Special Pasta category;
Consolidate area information and materials, assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal controls related to the Isabela brand, packaging, suppliers, and category projects;
Identify opportunities to improve the team’s administrative and operational routines, contributing suggestions that optimize steps, reduce rework, and increase day-to-day efficiency in the area;
Perform technical-operational support activities, including invoice entries, contract follow-up, internal requests, and controls that ensure governance and standardization of processes;
Support the organization of events and trade shows, assisting with logistics, communication with partners, and preparation of materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and excellence in deliveries;
Contribute to Marketing projects and initiatives, collaborating on packaging improvements, color and process standardization with agencies and suppliers, always with a customer-focused perspective and brand consistency;
Monitor schedules and deliverables for the area, ensuring timeliness on recurring demands (packaging, events, contracts, invoices), acting as support for the team in critical and priority routines;
Support the category’s operational routine, ensuring file organization, control updates, monitoring requests, and direct support to analysts and the manager in activities that sustain the area’s performance;
Promote adherence to internal standards, respecting brand guidelines, quality, sustainability, compliance, information security, and corporate best practices in the performance of activities.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related fields;
Availability to intern 6 (six) hours per day;
Availability to commit to the internship for at least 1 (one) year.
