About the role

  • Key Account Manager focusing on B2B new customer acquisition in Austria. Responsible for developing the market and managing complex sales opportunities for a leading workplace solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop the Austrian market
  • Professionally manage tenders and RFP processes
  • Strategically drive complex sales opportunities to a successful close

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic new business development in the B2B enterprise/key-account segment
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on large enterprise accounts (300+ employees)
  • Proven track record in active new customer acquisition (hunter role)
  • Experience managing B2B tenders/RFPs
  • Strong hunter mentality, high closing ability and strong self-motivation
  • Structured, systematic and process-oriented approach to work
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level
