Proven experience in strategic new business development in the B2B enterprise/key-account segment
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on large enterprise accounts (300+ employees)
Proven track record in active new customer acquisition (hunter role)
Experience managing B2B tenders/RFPs
Strong hunter mentality, high closing ability and strong self-motivation
Structured, systematic and process-oriented approach to work
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level
