Responsibilities
Support and onboard customers with the technical details of our trading software
Answer customers' product- and trade-related questions about financial products by phone and email
There are no sales calls or cold-calling at our company – customers come to you
Requirements
Interest in and, ideally, experience with international financial markets and products, for example through personal trading or relevant university coursework
Confident communication with customers – customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken – contact with our cooperation partner is in English
Proficient with Office applications
