About the role

  • Brand Partnership Manager organizing creative events and building brand partnerships in a growing startup. Coordinating event operations and maintaining communication between teams.

Responsibilities

  • You organize our creative brand partnership events that blend brand and experience.
  • You source and secure suitable brand partners, build lasting relationships, and act as their primary point of contact.
  • You act as the interface between Marketing and the Events team, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
  • At our brand events you are on-site in person, coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring everything runs according to plan.

Requirements

  • Experience in event management or brand partnership management
  • You are well organized, communicative, and able to keep a cool head under pressure.
  • You enjoy initiating projects, proactively approaching people, and creating experiences with real impact.
  • Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves when it counts and reliably drive projects to completion.
  • Willingness to travel to our events in different cities (approx. once a month)
