Responsibilities
Support evaluation of partnership opportunities
Contribute to financial modeling and commercial assessments
Prepare data-driven deal summaries for governance
Support partnership processes for alternative or DTC channels
Collaborate with internal teams (Enablement, Legal, Finance, Portfolio Leads)
Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
Lead Joint Steering Committee and subcommittee coordination for existing partnership
Manage onboarding, access setup, and compliance-training tracking for partnership personnel
Consolidate KPI reporting and business review inputs, and flag performance risks with mitigation recommendations
Develop a view of potential partners and commercialization models
Prepare slides, dashboards, and senior leadership updates
Document and share learnings from partnership activities
Requirements
BA/BS in business, life sciences, finance, or related discipline
12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, or commercial operations within life sciences or healthcare
Analytical capabilities including financial modeling, due diligence preparation, or competitive benchmarking
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Strong written communication and PowerPoint skills
MBA/MS in health economics, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 7+ years of experience (nice-to-have)
Experience supporting out-licensing, co-commercialization, or asset-transfer transactions (nice-to-have)
Knowledge of mature brand strategy or tail portfolio management (nice-to-have)
Interest in emerging U.S. Commercial business models.
