Responsibilities
Realizar suporte remoto aos usuários do sistema;
Atender, analisar e acompanhar chamados por meio da ferramenta interna;
Realizar atendimentos relacionados aos sistemas de PDV e ERP;
Conduzir atendimentos via chat, WhatsApp e ligações telefônicas;
Auxiliar os usuários com dúvidas operacionais e configurações do sistema;
Apoiar demandas relacionadas a periféricos;
Alimentar e manter o sistema atualizado, garantindo a qualidade das informações.
Requirements
Vivência com ERP e PDV;
Certificações na área de tecnologia/informática;
Conhecimento de TEF e Notas fiscais;
Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo na área de TI.
