About the role

  • Provide technical support to customers, guiding them on configurations and features of the e-commerce platform and integrations with ERPs, marketplaces, and other systems;
  • Analyze potential issues in platform features or configurations, and in third-party integrations;
  • Ensure the quality of technical support and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor and contribute to the performance indicators of the technical support team.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication;

  • Able to work in a team;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • Experience in technical support for software such as ERPs, automation tools, platforms, and others;
  • Understanding of ERP integration flows and basic concepts of inventory, pricing, and invoicing processes;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and online purchasing/checkout flows.
