Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, guiding them on configurations and features of the e-commerce platform and integrations with ERPs, marketplaces, and other systems;
Analyze potential issues in platform features or configurations, and in third-party integrations;
Ensure the quality of technical support and customer satisfaction;
Monitor and contribute to the performance indicators of the technical support team.
