Responsibilities
Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switches & VPN).
Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, mobile devices management.
Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other IT assets inventory.
Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users including Active directory, Print, Mail, and Windows servers.
Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first level team.
Source, manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, telephony, data recovery and desktop/laptop computer support.
Establish the IT guidelines and security policies to educate the employees on good IT practices.
Perform any job-related duties as assigned by the superior.
Take action on onboarding & offboarding process.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 1 year in end-user support or IT operations.
Strong working knowledge of networking, IT security, systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications.
Solid understanding of Windows Server environment, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
A proactive team player with strong ownership and accountability.
Willing to be on-call or provide support outside office hours when required.
