About the role

  • IT professional responsible for maintaining and upgrading company network infrastructure for a leading beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific. Engages in tasks related to IT support, system maintenance, and incident management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switches & VPN).
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, mobile devices management.
  • Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other IT assets inventory.
  • Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users including Active directory, Print, Mail, and Windows servers.
  • Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first level team.
  • Source, manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, telephony, data recovery and desktop/laptop computer support.
  • Establish the IT guidelines and security policies to educate the employees on good IT practices.
  • Perform any job-related duties as assigned by the superior.
  • Take action on onboarding & offboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 1 year in end-user support or IT operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of networking, IT security, systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server environment, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • A proactive team player with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Willing to be on-call or provide support outside office hours when required.
