About the role

  • Sales Representative managing service contracts and acquiring new customers for an elevator solutions company. Preparing contracts, coordinating project timelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for maintenance and emergency call contracts for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Acquire new customers for maintenance and emergency call contracts
  • Independently prepare and follow up on contract proposals
  • Prepare offers and maintain contracts as well as customer master data in the CRM system
  • Coordinate timely order and contract processing
  • Prepare statistics and analyses in Excel

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales or a strong passion for sales
  • Ideally completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field
  • Enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and strong organizational ability
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
  • Friendly, confident demeanor, strong advisory competence, and willingness to travel
