About the role

  • Campaigns & performance marketing
  • Active participation in client projects (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, possibly Programmatic)
  • Build and optimize campaigns including targeting, creatives, budgets and KPIs
  • Analyze data, derive insights and create small reports
  • Strategy & development
  • Introduction to data-driven marketing and funnel strategies
  • Contribute to testing concepts, audience models and performance optimizations
  • Collaboration with the Ads team, SEO, Analytics and data tools & know-how
  • Attend coordination meetings / jour fixes
  • Support the development of strategies and recommendations

Requirements

  • A strong interest in online marketing, performance and data
  • Enjoy working analytically and value logic as much as creativity
  • Find trends, tools and digital platforms exciting
  • Eager to understand advertising through data, audiences and strategies
  • Work in a structured way and want to take on responsibility
  • Communicative and bring a client-focused mindset
  • Ideally have initial experience from university, internships or personal projects
  • Reside in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or be willing to come to Cologne regularly
