About the role

  • Develop, manage and optimize ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and where applicable Programmatic/DV360)
  • Continuous analysis of data, KPIs and customer journeys — deriving optimization and testing ideas
  • Manage budgets, audience strategies and funnel setups
  • Develop and refine cross-channel ads strategies for your clients
  • Proactively advise on campaign architecture, creatives, audiences, tracking and landing pages
  • Regular check-ins, recurring status meetings and presentations of learnings & recommendations
  • Prepare monthly reports including insights, clear takeaways and strategic recommendations
  • Close collaboration with the ads team on new trends, strategies, AI approaches and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads or Programmatic
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for KPIs, data and testing
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus and a consulting mindset
  • Structured working style, solution orientation and eagerness for professional development
  • Confident use of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint and optionally Looker Studio
  • Based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or willing to work regularly from Cologne (especially during the first 6 months)
