Senior Business Analyst in Corporate Lending at Luminor Group. Collaborating with stakeholders to create software solutions optimizing banking workflows and risk monitoring.
Responsibilities
Translating business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software solutions
Collaborating with IT, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, rollout)
Supporting implementation and integration of new tools and platforms
Supporting enhancement of recurring credit risk monitoring and performance reports
Ensuring solutions meet business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to change management and user training
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong experience in IT systems development and process automation projects
Ability to structure complex problems and translate business needs into clear specifications
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large, matrix organization
Solid understanding of data, reporting, and KPIs (e.g. SQL, BI tools, data warehouses – an advantage)
Familiarity with corporate banking products and processes is a strong plus
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level with Baltic languages as an advantage.
