About the role
- Senior Business Analyst in Corporate Lending at Luminor Group. Collaborating with stakeholders to create software solutions optimizing banking workflows and risk monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Translating business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software solutions
- Collaborating with IT, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, testing, rollout)
- Supporting implementation and integration of new tools and platforms
- Supporting enhancement of recurring credit risk monitoring and performance reports
- Ensuring solutions meet business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to change management and user training
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong experience in IT systems development and process automation projects
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate business needs into clear specifications
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large, matrix organization
- Solid understanding of data, reporting, and KPIs (e.g. SQL, BI tools, data warehouses – an advantage)
- Familiarity with corporate banking products and processes is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level with Baltic languages as an advantage.
