About the role
- Senior Business Analyst to shape data-driven solutions for Corporate Banking at Luminor. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to automate and optimize banking workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to design and deliver software solutions
- Translate business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Support implementation and integration of new tools and platforms
- Enhance recurring credit risk monitoring and performance reports
- Ensure solutions meet business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to change management and user training
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong experience in IT systems development and process automation projects
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate business needs into clear specifications
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large, matrix organization
- Solid understanding of data, reporting, and KPIs (e.g. SQL, BI tools, data warehouses – an advantage)
- Familiarity with corporate banking products and processes is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English, with Baltic languages as an advantage
