About the role

  • HR Analyst focusing on compensation and benefits in a healthcare cooperative. Engaging in salary analysis, benefits administration, and supporting compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work in People Management / HR Administration performing tasks related to compensation
  • Carry out activities related to job and salary data collection, analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation and classification, and performance assessments
  • Oversee the execution of market compensation surveys
  • Participate in the selection process of companies, survey items and data collection materials
  • Use compensation survey data and the company’s compensation system to perform analyses
  • Prepare reports and recommend structural and job changes, salary adjustments and revisions of criteria
  • Manage the company’s benefits package, evaluating market practices, providers, discounts and eligibility
  • Monitor internal satisfaction and the evolution of benefit costs
  • Responsible for implementing the salary policy through administration of the salary table/grid
  • Propose and implement improvements to compensation processes and policies
  • Contribute to the annual personnel budgeting process
  • Analyze requests for personnel movements and critically assess the demand
  • Maintain Unimed’s job descriptions
  • Develop analytical materials and presentation reports for management
  • Provide support to managers regarding salary structure, compensation analysis and budgetary impact
  • Manage benefits administration and calculate benefit amounts for payroll

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • Required knowledge: labor legislation, especially regarding pay equity
  • Benefits management and implementation
  • Personnel budgeting and salary adjustments
  • Job and salary administration (salary table/grid, salary metrics, compensation survey structure, market practices)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, KPIs and dashboards)
  • Willingness to perform operational tasks related to benefits administration and approval workflows
  • Experience with the Apdata system is a plus
