Responsibilities
Work in People Management / HR Administration performing tasks related to compensation
Carry out activities related to job and salary data collection, analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation and classification, and performance assessments
Oversee the execution of market compensation surveys
Participate in the selection process of companies, survey items and data collection materials
Use compensation survey data and the company’s compensation system to perform analyses
Prepare reports and recommend structural and job changes, salary adjustments and revisions of criteria
Manage the company’s benefits package, evaluating market practices, providers, discounts and eligibility
Monitor internal satisfaction and the evolution of benefit costs
Responsible for implementing the salary policy through administration of the salary table/grid
Propose and implement improvements to compensation processes and policies
Contribute to the annual personnel budgeting process
Analyze requests for personnel movements and critically assess the demand
Maintain Unimed’s job descriptions
Develop analytical materials and presentation reports for management
Provide support to managers regarding salary structure, compensation analysis and budgetary impact
Manage benefits administration and calculate benefit amounts for payroll
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
Required knowledge: labor legislation, especially regarding pay equity
