Senior Executive in hotel portfolio management for Frasers Property Limited. Assisting with asset management team in financial analysis, forecasting, and business development.
Responsibilities
To assist Asset Management team leader with management of a hotel portfolio in Thailand or Overseas.
Understand business objectives unique to the hotel asset, competitive environment, general operational processes, and resource requirements of hotel business.
Establish, improve, coordinate key performance data reports required to study hotel performance situation and identify opportunities.
Develop analysis tools to manage specific performance control points to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Compiling charts, tables and other data visualization elements for management reporting.
Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis.
Creating simulations and financial models (scenario analysis) to test the effect of strategic decisions related financial variables.
Coordinate with Hotel, Owner’s accounting team to synchronize data accuracy and reporting standards.
Be involved in Hotel development exercise (renovation, rebranding, restructuring), related to coordination with various parties, report and progress tracking, budget preparation and approvals, and preparation of sections within a business plan.
Travel to overseas may be required.
Requirements
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years with relevant work experiences in Commercial Real Estate, Mall operation, Hotel operation (Revenue management, Business development). Other industries can be considered.
Practical experience within a profit center (ie: department responsible for Profit and Loss).
Familiar with reading Financial Statements (PL, BS, CF).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Familiarity with Pivot table, PowerBI will be a plus.
