Responsibilities
Design, lead and facilitate business and solution requirements (incl. functional, non-functional, data, process) and other business analysis related activities in data initiatives, which are focused at delivering data insights for internal stakeholders in BI Finance domain – the domain covers ESG, Treasury and Management reporting area
Collect and analyze data requirements, support in drafting technical specifications, data mapping within assigned domain, perform analysis on data, support in delivering elements of design
Manage and maintain an overarching view on business and data requirements linked to the assigned domain. Perform impact assessment on your domain data elements arising due to changes from external deliveries and also within your own deliveries
Conduct stakeholder analysis, gather information and views, and manage linked communications to engage the Stakeholders during the requirements engineering process and other business analysis activities
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques within the assigned domain, participate in the data sourcing and procurement process
Work with development, release management, testing, and business delivery teams to prioritize change tickets and bring new functionality to successful release
Support Data Stewards and Data modelers in metadata collection and data quality activities
Support the development and capability building of the Business Analysis team including contribution to business analysis process and related artefacts design and implementation, coaching more junior members, etc.
Requirements
At least 3 years professional experience working as an Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Business Analyst or Process/Product Owner within Finance, Business Intelligence, IT or other related area
Good understanding of Data management and governance concepts, proficiency with software development processes, data warehouse, data lake, AWS S3 buckets and reporting concepts and solutions. Understanding Data mesh concept is considered a bonus
Good knowledge of liquidity management, asset-liability management, investment and market operations are considered a plus
Good Knowledge of Sustainability topics applicable in finance area, Taxonomy and Pillar 3 reports are considered a plus
Good SQL, Microsoft Office skills, experience with Atlassian cloud Jira and Confluence
B.S. or M.S. in Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, Finance, or IT
Good to advanced business knowledge and experience working with banking products, processes, IT systems
Good knowledge and experience of business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modelling
The ability to translate complex datasets and statistical techniques into simple, easily understandable concepts – visually, verbally and in writing
Leadership, stakeholders’ engagement skills and competences, experience of working in cross-functional teams, strong orientation towards achieving results
Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent written and oral communication
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
