Requirements
Several years of experience in retail, ideally in a high-advisory sector (jewellery, selective cosmetics, premium fashion, accessories, etc.)
Passion for customer service, attentive listening and personalized selling
Commercial awareness, energy and a drive to exceed expectations
Strong team spirit, motivation and a positive attitude
Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to manage priorities effectively
Languages: English & French required; German and other languages are a plus
Availability for onboarding in Lausanne
