Responsibilities
Commercialization of the entire LZ media portfolio across all channels (digital, print, audio, events)
Strategic advising of clients within B2B advertising planning and development of tailored communication solutions
Conducting price and terms negotiations and preparing proposals
Independent management of existing international clients
Proactive, sustainable acquisition of new international clients
Responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets within the defined client portfolio
On-site client visits
Attending trade fairs, congresses and FMCG industry events at home and abroad to acquire new clients
Preparing potential, market and competitor analyses for the respective client portfolio
Requirements
University degree or commercial/business training
Initial professional experience—ideally in sales/monetization at a media company or in a media agency
Some experience in cross-media advertising sales (digital, print, audio, event sponsorship) and client consulting
Customer-oriented, strategic thinking and actions
Sales acumen combined with a structured and meticulous working style
Ability to self-organize and to manage intensive client relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Enjoy working in a team
Interest in the FMCG sector, food, and advertising & media
Willingness to travel internationally
Business-fluent English; an additional foreign language is an advantage
