Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, events, and strategic partnerships.
Understand client drivers, regulatory obligations (e.g. DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001), and threat landscapes to position appropriate service solutions.
Work with presales and consultants to scope and present technical engagements (e.g. Pen Testing, Red Teaming, vCISO, Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response retainers, SOC uplift).
Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial models that demonstrate value and ROI.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and contribute to sales reporting.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
Requirements
Experience in cybersecurity sales
Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory drivers (desirable, not essential).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate technical detail into clear business value.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen.
Comfortable managing a complex pipeline and multithreaded opportunities.
