About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the multi-year strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of digital growth solutions that help financial advisors grow and run better businesses
  • Define the role and positioning of each solution within the overall advisor growth journey, and how they should work together as an integrated experience
  • Translate growth strategies, customer insights, and market trends into clear product direction, themes, and priorities for product and technology teams
  • Use data, research, and experimentation to identify opportunities, size impact, and make thoughtful trade-offs across the portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with experience, program, and field-facing teams to ensure new capabilities are practical, well-adopted, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Establish and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, business impact) for key solutions and adjust the roadmap based on what you learn
  • Sponsor pilots and test-and-learn initiatives, incorporating results into future releases and long-term plans
  • Serve as a visible champion for advisor growth solutions across the firm, aligning senior stakeholders on vision priorities and progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role, with significant exposure to digital products
  • 4+ years’ experience owning strategy and roadmap for complex products or platforms from concept through launch and scale
  • 4+ years’ experience in the wealth management industry with robust knowledge of how financial advisors grow their business
