Responsibilities
Lead the multi-year strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of digital growth solutions that help financial advisors grow and run better businesses
Define the role and positioning of each solution within the overall advisor growth journey, and how they should work together as an integrated experience
Translate growth strategies, customer insights, and market trends into clear product direction, themes, and priorities for product and technology teams
Use data, research, and experimentation to identify opportunities, size impact, and make thoughtful trade-offs across the portfolio
Collaborate closely with experience, program, and field-facing teams to ensure new capabilities are practical, well-adopted, and delivering measurable outcomes
Establish and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, business impact) for key solutions and adjust the roadmap based on what you learn
Sponsor pilots and test-and-learn initiatives, incorporating results into future releases and long-term plans
Serve as a visible champion for advisor growth solutions across the firm, aligning senior stakeholders on vision priorities and progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role, with significant exposure to digital products
4+ years’ experience owning strategy and roadmap for complex products or platforms from concept through launch and scale
4+ years’ experience in the wealth management industry with robust knowledge of how financial advisors grow their business
