Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for 1st/2nd-level support and responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations
Support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, thin clients and smartphones)
Administration of network infrastructure at remote sites
Support for central IT systems such as antivirus/security, backup, monitoring, Citrix farm and Microsoft 365 cloud
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our knowledge base and quick guides for end users
Assistance with coordinating external partners and service providers
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field
Career changers with the required professional experience are also welcome
Experience providing IT support to specialist users and end users
Knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
Experience with IT service management; ITIL certification is desirable
Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation and a pronounced team spirit
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
