Responsibilities
Manage and process global B2B orders across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring accurate entry and timely execution in current systems.
Verify order details such as pricing, shipping requirements, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve operational issues.
Communicate with customers proactively, providing order status updates, handling inquiries, and addressing delivery-related concerns.
Maintain and update customer records, including shipping documents, tracking information, and processing returns according to company policies.
Requirements
Experience in order management, including end-to-end processing, shipment tracking, and handling returns.
Excellent planning and coordination skills to work effectively with sales, warehouse, and cross-functional teams for timely deliveries.
Strong communication abilities, capable of building clear and professional interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. English is a must.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order data, pricing, and shipping requirements while quickly resolving discrepancies.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders under tight deadlines and maintain accurate data entry.
