About the role

  • Marketing Assistant driving impactful campaigns and managing KOL partnerships at Love, Bonito Malaysia. Support strategic marketing initiatives and ensure brand alignment during scale-up.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end KOL strategy and execution, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, content direction, posting management, and performance tracking.
  • Drive KOL campaign performance outcomes, ensuring deliverables contribute to key metrics such as traffic, order, and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure consistent collaboration quality and long-term brand alignment.
  • Oversee KOL campaign planning and coordination, including timelines, content rollout, and alignment with broader marketing and product initiatives.
  • Maintain and monitor the KOL performance tracker, analyzing campaign results and providing actionable insights to optimise future KOL selection and strategy.
  • Identify high-performing KOL profiles and continuously refine the KOL mix to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage KOL-related administrative processes, including contracts, lookbook, payments, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, photoshoots, and monthly in-store campaigns, including vendor sourcing, to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Oversee the upkeep of marketing inventory, including GWP items, photoshoot accessories, and other essential materials.
  • Be present at events to assist and support the overall event flow and execution on-site.
  • Stay updated on KOL, influencer, and social media trends, identifying emerging opportunities to enhance campaign relevance, virality, and performance.
