About the role
- Hardware Engineer developing test systems for telecommunications at aconnic. Involves project management from concept to production with a focus on quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Development and definition of test systems for functional testing of complex circuits, assemblies and devices in the telecommunications sector
- Creation of test concepts as well as development and specification of test equipment and test software
- Development, integration and transfer of test systems to production
- Support, analysis and evaluation of tests in manufacturing
- Execution and documentation of device and qualification tests
- Development and implementation of boundary-scan applications
- Programming of controllers and test-related software (e.g., C++, Python or C#)
- Collaboration with development, production and quality assurance for the continuous optimization of test processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in developing test systems or test solutions for electronic assemblies
- Knowledge of NI TestStand and programming languages such as C++, Python, C# or equivalent
- Experience working with databases and common development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office or Visual Studio
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Team player with enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary development environment
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
