Responsibilities
Drafting PR materials, including press releases, PR alerts, key messages, and sponsored content
You deliver error-free work that illustrates a clear point of view
Identifying and building relationships with high-priority media and influencers
You’ll manage our lists, pitch stories and partners, and coordinate interviews and events
You’ll research trends, "always-on" moments, and brand partnership opportunities to ensure our stories resonate
Collaborating with internal teams to find "the hook" that turns a campaign into a national conversation
You’ll manage project plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to keep clients and internal teams informed.
Requirements
1-2 years of industry experience in public relations, social media or communications
Plugged in to all things social, with experience managing campaigns
A passion for continuing to grow your craft
Strong presentation and communication skills
Solid creative instinct
Relationships – you’ve got solid relationships in the industry, and you’re good at building new ones
