Responsibilities

  • Operational shift management – You ensure smooth operations and efficient teamwork during shifts.
  • Leadership & motivation – You lead your team with enthusiasm and support their development.
  • Support for the Operations Manager – You pitch in where needed and keep sight of the bigger picture.
  • Product focus & control – You monitor cost of goods, inventories, stock management, and ordering.
  • Personnel & training – You manage rosters and conduct training on people-related topics.
